class cleverly.Repeated(columns: Sequence[str])

Declare a repeated outcome: one non-absorbing outcome column per time point.

outcome=Repeated(["Y1", "Y2", "Y3"]) declares that \(Y_t\) is measured after the treatment and censoring nodes of time t and before the covariates of time t + 1, and that it may return to an earlier value. The fit then reports the mean \(E[Y_h^d]\) of each plan d at each horizon h. The shape of outcome= declares the parameter: a name is an end-of-study mean, a sequence is a survival curve, a mapping is one incidence curve per cause, and a Repeated is a curve of means.
