class cleverly.MethodAvailability(name: str, available: bool, refusal: Refusal | None = None)

Report whether a method can estimate an identified effect.

Parameters:

namestr

Method name accepted by estimate(method=...).

availablebool

Whether the method supports the identified functional. The record is per method name. A configuration of an available method can still refuse before any learner.

refusalRefusal or None

The record of the refusal when available is false: its reason code, the failed condition and the alternative. reason is its text, and a selection of the method raises the same record.
